Yes, we are proud to say that all our Vino Cotto products are made in Victoria, Australia using quality local fresh produce.
VinoCotto: – We use locally sourced fresh ingredients from Victoria, Australia. Our grapes are from the Swan Hill areas of Victoria, quinces and apples are sourced from local growers.
Marinated Wild Baby Figs in Vino Cotto:- Only the dried wild figs are from Iran.
Honey and Almonds in VinoCotto:- All Victorian ingredients.
Ordering online is simple and convenient. Simply select your product choices, add them to your shopping cart and click ‘checkout’ for your order total. We use PayPal as our secure online payment gateway. Once you’ve entered your contact and shipping address details, your choice of payment type and credit card details, PayPal will process your payment and email you with an email confirming your payment status.
PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All the information you provide including your credit card details are processed through PayPal and not our site.
Yes, please call us on mobile: 0417564410. We will request EFT payments but can also process credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only). Please note that all orders must be paid prior to dispatch.
Please choose your products carefully. We do not refund processed and despatched orders. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or individual tastes. All orders once processed and despatched are considered SOLD.
Due to health risks associated with tampering, products MAY NOT be returned to CFK Holdings.
Returns are only available for despatched orders that are:
1. Damaged in transit and are covered by registered post or insurance,
2. Sent in error by fault of CFK Holdings or
3. Compromised in any way, for example a broken seal.
CFK Holdings will resupply your order freight free in these instances upon receipt of the return of the damaged merchandise. For those orders damaged in transit resupply is subject to the post office of deliveries inspection of the damaged goods and a “customer service complaint form” completed at this same post office signed by a post office representative. This will allow us to claim insurance and therefore replace your order.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please contact us by email within 7 days of the date of receipt of your merchandise. Failure to notify CFK Holdings within 7 days will result in no claim.

Upon receipt of this information we will advise the preferred method for returning the merchandise by prompt email.
We receive your order details from PayPal so that we can prepare your order and email you a dispatch email with Australia Post tracking details. We do not receive your credit card details from PayPal.
We will add your name and email to our newsletter distribution list.
Rest assured, we will never provide your contact details to any other party.
Orders will be packed within 24-48 hours and delivery to major cities using Australia Post may take up to 3 to 5 working days. Delivery outside metropolitan cities may take 5 to 12 working days. Please note, a signature is required upon delivery of goods.
If you are unable to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a ‘collection card’ detailing the nearest Post Office or Newsagent for you to collect the order.
We will email you with an Australia Post tracking number so that you can track the location and status of your order online.
Our preferred courier for shipping is Australia Post who offer ground shipping to most areas of Australia including remote locations.
Yes, however, we prefer a physical location (home, work, neighbour etc) as a signature is required upon delivery.
Please provide a day time delivery address when you place your order online.
Shipping and handling cost within Australia is calculated as per the following table (inc. GST and $AUD) .
For order value up to $30.00, shipping fee and handling fee is $10.00
For order value up to $50.00, shipping fee and handling fee is $15.00
For order value up to $100.00, shipping fee and handling fee is $18.00
For order value up to $200.00, shipping fee and handling fee is $20.00
For order value over $200.00, shipping fee and handling fee is $25.00
CFK Holdings reserves the right to refuse any order where the shipping fee charges is insufficient to cover the cost of delivery and handling.
At this stage we do not ship internationally.
If you have placed an order for delivery outside of Australia, we will email you letting you know that we do not deliver internationally and we will refund your PayPal account.
